At Zagara and Sirene, art isn’t just decoration—it’s an integral part of the guest experience.
Every item in the house has been chosen to showcase the cultural richness of the Mediterranean and the Amalfi Coast through symbols, myths, ceramics, and handcrafted works.
The house is home to exquisite creations by artists and master potters from the Amalfi Coast, including Lucio Liguori, Francesco Raimondi, and Paolo Sandulli, who—through depictions of animals, mermaids, women, and symbols—transform the spaces into a visual narrative woven from the sea, dreams, and tradition.
The ceramics, inspired by mermaids and the marine world, evoke the ancient Mediterranean legends associated with the Amalfi Coast, while also capturing the interplay between nature, the sea, and the scent of orange blossoms.
Our passion for art and ceramics not only drives us to seek out and make the most beautiful works our own, but also to create them ourselves. Andrea Laudano, the owner’s husband, is in fact an artist, and some of the works that decorate the house are the result of his creativity. He is the creator of the evocative composition dedicated to the Neapolitan nativity scene.
